We are seeking two housemates for our four-bedroom house in Burley, available from 1st July 2025. The house features a small front garden, an open-plan kitchen/living room, and two bathrooms. Rent is £495 per person per month, including all bills except council tax (approx £33). We enjoy socialising but also value personal space.
