Booking Deposit of £150 required to confirm booking, which converts to a refundable security deposit. Holding Deposit is retained to secure the room. Tenancy Agreement must be concluded within 14 days. Security Deposit protected in a government-approved scheme. Full year's rent due upfront unless UK guarantor available. Rent can be paid in 3 or 4 instalments with a UK guarantor. Cancellation policy allows for a full refund within 14 days of booking. Accommodation offer cancellation available within cooling off period. Landlord reserves the right to cancel booking if terms are not met. Accommodation can be cancelled after cooling off period with certain criteria met. Group or individual bookings accepted with the option to choose flatmates.
