The house is a short walk from Bramley train station, just one stop from Leeds city centre. It features a shared living room, kitchen, and office area, and I have two indoor cats and an aquarium. No couples allowed, but occasional guests are fine. Rent is £650 pcm, with bills included. Minimum term is 1 month, and a £200 deposit is required.
