The cancellation policy allows a 14-day cooling-off period for reservations made before 01st August 2024. Full refunds are provided if cancellation is within this period. Residents must be over 18 and in full-time education. Deposits are refundable at the end of the tenancy if the room is in good condition. Amenities include on-site laundry, common room, bike storage, WiFi, 24/7 CCTV, secure door entry, and vending machines.
