The house is located on St Matthew Street which is in easy reach of Burnley UCLAN. The centre of town is less than a 15 minute bus journey away and offers a selection of bespoke retailers restaurants bars and supermarkets. All rooms are fully furnished and newly carpeted including the communal areas. There is also a communal kitchen diner which comes with all the appliances included.
