Looking for a flatmate for my lovely two-bed flat in Montpelier. The available unfurnished double room overlooks the main road, receiving afternoon sunlight and sunset views. The flat is on the top floor, furnished except for the vacant room. My current flatmate and I maintain a tidy, homely space with a cozy kitchen/living area. We prefer someone friendly and similar in vibe. Great transport links nearby. Aiming to finalize arrangements by 1st April for a move-in from 1st May. Landlord requires a full-time working professional, possibly needing a UK guarantor. Rent is £675 pcm, bills not included.
