Looking for a third housemate for our 3-bedroom house in Totterdown, starting from 1 March. Rent is £500 per month, with bills around £140 each. Currently living here are Katie and Georgie, both 32, professionals. We seek a tidy, respectful, and friendly housemate. The room is unfurnished but includes a wardrobe. Viewings can be arranged after 6pm on weekdays from 3 Feb. Minimum term is 6 months, and a £500 deposit is required.
