I have a double room with an en suite bathroom available for rent in Bristol for July and August. The flat is near a park and has good transport links to the city. I'm looking for a respectful and clean housemate to share with my wonderful 33-year-old housemate, who is often out but great company when home. Rent is £800 per month, with bills included. No minimum term required, but maximum is 2 months. Deposit is £500.
