We have 2 rooms available in a 3-person house share in Fishponds. The downstairs room is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, and bedside cabinet, available from November 12th. The upstairs room is unfurnished and available from November 1st. We're looking for clean, tidy individuals preferably aged 30+. A cat lover is essential as we have a cat. Bills are approximately £145 per month. This is a lovely house share, and we are sad to leave. If you're interested, please reply with a bit about yourself. The rent is £400 pcm for each room, with a deposit of £400.
