Join a house share in Horfield, just off Gloucester Road. We are two female Occupational Students at UWE, both 21-22, looking for a friendly housemate. The house features three good-sized bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a large kitchen with ample storage, and a lovely garden. Rent is £675 pcm with a £150 holding deposit and a £750 deposit returned at the end of tenancy. No pets or smoking allowed. We enjoy socialising and relaxing.
