I am looking for someone to take over my Bronze Studio Plus at Water Lane House. The rent is currently £381 per week, but I'm offering it at £325 per week, subsidizing the new tenant. You will only pay from your start date. The tenancy ends on 30/08/2025 and is about a 20-minute walk to Bristol University, close to Temple Meads Station and Cabot Circus. All bills are included. Minimum term is 5 months. Deposit is £300. Couples are welcome, but no pets allowed.
