Looking for a flatmate to move in from February as my current one is moving out. The lease runs until May and can transition to a rolling contract. Rent is £672.50 plus bills (~£200-250). The flat is in a quiet area, close to Whiteladies Road and Clifton Downs. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Shared living space with a large living room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen. I'm a sociable Scottish doctor who enjoys cooking, sports, and having friends over. Maximum stay is 6 months.
