We are seeking a new flatmate in our spacious Knowle house share as one flatmate is moving out. The house features a large kitchen/dining area, a cozy living room, front and back gardens, a parking spot, and a garage. The available room is the smallest but priced accordingly. We are two quiet professionals, looking for someone who is LGBTQ and trans friendly, and who can respect our peaceful environment. No students or pets allowed. The rental is £450 pcm, excluding bills, and the room is part furnished. Viewings are on February 15th, 21st, and 22nd. Move-in date is March 3rd.
