A large unfurnished double room with a small balcony is available in our quiet flat in Clifton from 1st November. The current housemates may sell the wardrobe shown in the picture. Rent is £523 for November, with a 6-month contract and a deposit of £387 due on 1st December. Note that there is no living room and shared spaces are compact, so we maintain a basic cleaning schedule. This flat share is not suitable for students, and we have 3 professionals aged 27 to 32. No pets or smoking allowed.
