Looking for 1 or 2 housemates to take over the contract as my current housemates are moving out in April. The house is in a great location near Cribs Causeway, with good bus links to town. I’m a relaxed engineer from Ireland, with a mini gym setup available for use. The house is unfurnished, but I can check if my housemates can leave behind some furniture. Flexible move-in date, but ideally by 1st May. Rent is £400 for the single room and £500 for the double room, with no bills included.
