We are a couple seeking a lodger for our medium-sized double bedroom in our house share. The room is bright and spacious, featuring a double bed and chest of drawers. The house includes a dining room, shared living room, galley kitchen, and a bathroom with excellent water pressure. We enjoy a quiet lifestyle, love board games, and appreciate personal space. The area is convenient with nearby bus stops, parks, and shops. Rent is £660 pcm, with some bills included. We're looking for someone who doesn't work from home. Minimum stay is 3 months.
