We have two double bedrooms available from 28th September in our house share in Ashley Down, BS7. You'll be living with two professionals, Holly and Nina, both aged 28. The minimum stay is 6 months, with a deposit of £562 for each room. The house is furnished and includes a garden/terrace. While bills are not included, broadband is provided. We're looking for non-smokers without pets. Interests include art, nature, and board games. References are required, and we welcome tenants aged 26 to 31. Couples are not accepted.
