Double room available in a family home with an attached conservatory and private garden. The room includes a kitchenette/lounge area and an en-suite bathroom. You will need to bring your own bed, as the current sofa will be removed. This is a shared space with two teenagers, and overnight guests are not permitted. All bills are included, and street parking is available. Some furniture will be provided, but primarily it is unfurnished. Minimum stay is 6 months, and maximum is 12 months.
