Two furnished bedrooms are available in June 2022 in a shared house sharing with one other. The second room has comfortable beds, shelves, a desk, and wardrobes with built-in shelves. The second room price is £600 per month and the deposit amount is £600. The house is quite spacious, with good views of the garden, 3 stories and has an art decor type design. There are 2 bathrooms with baths and showers. A cellar with a large freezer and washing machine and separate dryer. There is a vintage-style kitchen/diner where we like to bake and sometimes drink wine and cocktails and cook for friends. The house has a live-in landlady who is an artist and spends some time in Cornwall and paints in a studio in one of the spare rooms. There is a nature/woodland garden, a terrace, a fire pit/barbeque for outside socializing, a herb garden, and fruit trees. The house is situated on an attractive street on Windmill Hill, near to Victoria Park, Bedminster train station and North Street. The parking is free. There is no inside bike storage but it is possible to lock up to the railings or in the basement. No pets are allowed and the rooms are not suitable for couples. Looking for considerate, eco-friendly house sharers who don't mind sharing some regular cleaning and recycling chores. The sitting room has TV + Netflix, MUBI, BFI, Amazon Prime, a record player and record collection, and Wifi. The rooms are suitable for mature MA or PHD students.
