Looking for a female housemate to join a lovely 2-bed flat in Cotham/Redland. The flat is centrally located near Redland station and a park. Recently renovated, it’s on a quiet road but can be a bit cold; a space heater helps. Rent is £685 plus bills, with council tax around £120 per person/month.
