I have lived at this property for the past 17 years with my son, who is now at university. I'm looking for a student to rent his room out while he is away, primarily when university is out. The other student can go home for their visit, and then return when the holiday is over. Exceptions can be made for overseas students who can't go home. Rent is £850 per calendar month. Available from 01 Sep 2024 for a minimum term of 11 months and a maximum term of 12 months. Deposit is £850. Bills are included. The flat is furnished and has a garden/terrace. Shared living room. Broadband included. No smoking, no pets. Nationality: British. Occupation: Student(s). No references required.
