Looking for 2 people to take over from my old flatmates in a modern flat in central Bristol. I've enjoyed living here for a year and want to keep it despite my friends moving out. I’m relaxed and open to social or private individuals. Both double rooms vary in price: £760 pcm and £620 pcm. The tenancy is for 12 months, with viewings available ASAP. Bills are not included, and the flat has shared living space. Couples and pets are welcome, and references are required.
