Hello to all interested parties. In our house in Bristol BS3, we have a free double room available from August 1st. The double room is in a clean and cozy house shared with 3 people - two Spaniards and a Chilean, all professionals. The house is conveniently located close to Asda, 2 minutes from the train station, and a 15-minute walk from the center. We are looking for a quiet individual with a similar schedule to ours. While we are friendly and occasionally have barbecues, partying is not part of the house culture. Rent is £520 pcm with bills included. Furnished room with balcony/patio access. No pets, smoking, or couples allowed. Minimum age requirement is 25. Gender preference is not specified.
