I have a spacious main bedroom available in a 3-bed house share in Bedminster. I'm Matt, the only housemate, and I've lived here for 3 years. I'm easy-going, clean, and social, currently working from home. The room is available from 9th December, but there's flexibility on the move-in date. The house is in Tax Band B, and while it's unfurnished, it includes a shared living room and garden. Rent is £625 pcm with a £625 deposit. No bills are included, and it's not suitable for students.
