We have a double room available in a shared house with 7 people, located on the ground floor. It features a shared bathroom with one other person, a living room/kitchen, and a small garden. The housemates are a mix of three guys and three girls aged 22 to 29, all working professionals who enjoy socialising but also respect personal space. We prefer a male housemate aged 25-30 who is sociable and easy-going. Rent is £620 pcm, with bills included. The minimum term is 3 months.
