Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a room in a 5-bed house on Greystoke Avenue. You will share with 4 friendly housemates (2 girls, 2 boys) who are all students on a year in industry. The house is clean and sociable, just a 5-minute walk from Lidl, Aldi, and Tesco. Rent is £711 per month, with bills at £24 per week, which I can continue to cover if the room is taken. A deposit of £688 has been paid and will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
