We're seeking two new housemates for our lovely Totterdown home, just 10 mins from Temple Meads and a short walk to Victoria Park. The house features a kitchen/diner, utility room, living room, three double bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a small garden. We are a couple who enjoy socialising, exploring Bristol, and respect each other's space. Both available double rooms are £750/month, bills included. One room is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. A £500 deposit is required, along with references. We're looking for friendly individuals, ideally one male and one female, to maintain balance.
