Shared communal kitchen and living room. Parking for 4 cars minimum. Visiting cleaner twice a week. Visiting gardener. Room rate includes all bills and consumable items. Laundry charged at £1 per wash and £1 per dry. No smoking. Working professionals may be placed in the house occasionally.
