Hello, we have a spare double room in our house in Patchway BS34. You will be living with me, Dave, my partner Soph, and our friendly 6-year-old cat Snowball. The spare bedroom comes with a double bed, TV, desk, chair, and chest of drawers. We occasionally have weekend guests, but you can leave your things in the room. We share 1 bathroom, garden, living room, and kitchen/dining room combo. The garden backs onto Gorse Covert park/nature reserve. We are very easy-going and happy to socialize or give you space. All bills included. No minimum term or deposit. 4 mins walk to the 75 bus stop, 15 mins walk to Asda Cribbs, 25 mins walk to Village Gym. Thank you for reading!
