It's well-located for easy access to the city centre, just a 10-15 minute walk away. Rent is £700/month, not including bills. Free street parking is available, though it can be competitive. I'm a full-time professional, enjoy arts and crafts, and prefer a chill, friendly housemate. No smoking indoors, but I do smoke in the garden. Minimum term is 6 months.
