I am leaving my lovely medium-sized flat in Bristol and need someone to take over my tenancy. The flat features a shower, a full kitchen shared with two others, and a double bed. The current tenancy agreement lasts until 16th July 2025, and I need someone as soon as possible. The rent is £725 per month, and the minimum term is 7 months. Bills are not included, and the flat is furnished. Couples are welcome, but no smoking or pets are allowed.
