Looking for a new flatmate to share a flat in Bishopston, Bristol. The current flatmate is moving out, so we are seeking someone to take his place. Students are welcome, but professionals are preferred. The house is located on a street just off Gloucester Road with available street parking. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks. Both current flatmates are social and enjoy activities like going to the pub, gym, or just relaxing in the lounge. The rent is £667 per month for a double room. Available from 15th July 2024 with a minimum term of 12 months. Deposit is £500. No bills included. The flat has a shared living room, garden/terrace, and balcony/patio. No smoking or pets allowed. The flatmates are two males aged 23 to 24, both professionals with interests in travelling, gym, socializing, and outdoor activities like surfing and skiing.
