I'm looking for someone to take over my studio flat in Bristol. The contract can be transferred, with no minimum term and a maximum of 12 months. The flat comes with essential appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Council tax is band A. Note that smoking is allowed, but pets are not permitted, and the flat is not suitable for students.
