This is a short-term rental for 3 months, starting 17 Oct 2024. The house is refurbished, with a shared living space and garden. It's conveniently located 20m from the bus stop to the centre, with shops and green spaces nearby. I'm tidy and prefer no parties. I work from home occasionally, so some noise may occur. Rent is £500 pcm, bills included, with a £400 deposit. References required. No pets or smoking.
