Looking for a new housemate for a room available in late March. Ideal for someone tidy and respectful who doesn't work from home. The house is near Gloucester Road, with cafes and shops nearby. It features a large kitchen-diner, lounge-diner, garden, and utility area. All bills included, and rooms are fully furnished. Preference for males, no pets or couples. Shared spaces need to be respected, and cleaning is a shared responsibility. Short-term lets considered, but ideally looking for 4-6 months. Please share your work routine when applying.
