The room features two single beds with new comfy mattresses. You'll share the reception room and two bathrooms with us—a professional and her college student son, along with our friendly poodle. Ideal for college/university students, but contractors and professionals are welcome too. No couples or pets allowed. The rent is £160 per week for one person or £220 for two, all bills included.
