I am looking for a calm and considerate individual to share my seaside retreat home in Bristol. The property comes with parking, sea views, and is just a 5-minute walk to the Portishead Yacht club and beautiful Sugar Loaf Bay. Ideally, I am seeking a flatmate who works predominantly outside the home. The room available includes a private office/study area and a dressing room. Preferably looking for another female to share with. The rental agreement is for a 6-month let, with a rolling monthly thereafter. Short contractors and Monday-Friday lets are also considered.
