Hello! I have a double room to rent in my 2 bedroom flat in Totterdown. The flat is in an old bank building with high ceilings and lovely huge windows offering gorgeous views over Bristol. It has an open living dining and kitchen area, great location, and a locked bike store in the building. The room comes with access to mostly your own bathroom and a separate under counter fridge in the kitchen. The monthly cost is inclusive of all bills and council tax. I am looking for a friendly and easy going lodger who enjoys socializing and keeping the flat clean and tidy. The room is available now for a 6 month period with the option to extend later.
