We are a couple with a 4-year-old son renting out a newly built double room with en-suite bathroom. The room includes a big wardrobe, under-bed storage, a wall-mounted 46-inch TV with Netflix, and an office desk. The kitchen and utility room are shared, but the living room is private. Ideal for a working professional or student, the room is available for one person only, with no guests allowed. Rent is £650 pcm with bills included. Minimum stay is 2 months, maximum 12 months. Deposit is £500.
