We are three dental students seeking a new female housemate for our spacious house in Frenchay, Bristol. The house features a big kitchen, conservatory, and garden. The available double room includes storage and a desk. We prefer a quiet, tidy, and relaxed environment, as we have a lot of studying to do. The house has a shared bathroom and a large driveway for parking. Rent is £675 per month, with a deposit of £755. Bills are not included but will be managed through a separate company.
