A room is available for rent in a sociable house share in Southville, BS3. Currently, there are 5 housemates (2 guys and 3 girls), but one is leaving at the end of November. The rent is £870pcm, including all bills, with a deposit of one month's rent. The house was newly refurbished in summer 2023 and features a garden/patio. We enjoy hanging out together, whether it’s meals out or cosy nights in, and we’re looking for someone who fits this friendly vibe. Suitable for professionals aged 25-30.
