This unfurnished double room has a built-in wardrobe and shares a living room/kitchen with French windows leading to a small balcony. The bathroom includes both a bath and shower, and a washer/dryer is provided. Looking for a clean, tidy flatmate; I am easygoing and mostly stay in my room. Note that the bedroom window faces the landing and does not open. Rent is £550 with additional bills. Applicants must be in full-time employment.
