We are Fi, Liam, and Mitch seeking a new housemate for our lovely 4-bedroom house. The available double room is £600 per month, with bills around £120. The house features an open plan living/dining area, a kitchen, a downstairs bathroom, and a large garden. The contract is for a year, starting February 2025, requiring full-time employment or a guarantor. The area is well-connected, with a bus stop nearby and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We enjoy occasional food and game nights but have different schedules. Looking for a tidy, outgoing housemate!
