We are seeking a mature female student (22-38) to join our spacious garden flat in Clifton, available from 1 July. Located near Bristol Uni and The Downs, the flat features a large sitting room, dining hall, and a well-equipped kitchen. You will share with two friendly master's students in their 20s. Your room is a medium double with garden views, furnished with a bed, desk, and storage. Bills are included, except for a small charge for Wi-Fi. No parking available for residents.
