I have 2 good doubles and a large double with ensuite available in a house share. All bills included. I'm a live-in landlord, mostly away for the next 6 months, but available for any issues. Looking for relaxed young professionals who can evidence income and share interests. A year commitment is ideal, but 6 months is acceptable for the right people. Couples and pets are welcome with a possible small charge. The smaller double currently has a king-size bed, which will be moved to the ensuite bedroom. I'm new to this, so feel free to ask questions.
