I am moving out and seeking someone to take over my room in a fully furnished 3-bedroom house share. The house features a shared bathroom, living room, garden, and kitchen. It’s a short five-minute walk to the bus stop, with a 30-minute commute to the city centre. Currently, there are three friendly housemates (a couple and one girl). Rent is £383.4/month, with bills (council tax, internet, water) at £52.50, paid at the start of the month. Energy is billed separately mid-month. The contract is directly with the landlord.
