A double bedroom will be available in a 4 bedroom house in Filton. The room is a medium size double and is furnished. The house has a shared bathroom & kitchen. There is a garden to the rear with a patio area for communal use during the warmer months. There are 3 parking spaces on the driveway & there will be a space for the new tenant if required. There is a cleaner for the communal areas every 2 weeks. You are responsible for the cleaning of your room. Please message if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing. Please note that we do not live in Bristol so we will require some notice to show the house. We will be in Bristol on Tuesday 9th July in the afternoon & can show the room to potential tenants on that date.
