We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy in a modern 1 bedroom flat until August, with the possibility of a longer lease. The flat is centrally located with easy access to the city center and local amenities. It features a shared courtyard with bike storage. The landlady is responsive and supportive. Conditions for tenants include being a student or working, with a maximum of two occupants (couple preferred). Students can pay in advance or have a UK guarantor. Minimum combined income of £34,500 required. The tenancy start date is negotiable, ideally mid to late April.
