I'm renting out a large room in my flat with a king-size bed and wardrobe, perfect for a desk. The flat is modern, warm, and on the second floor, located in Redfield. Church Road shops are a five-minute walk away, and Temple Meads station is a 25-minute walk. It includes a dishwasher and gas central heating. I prefer a calm environment during weekdays and occasionally have friends over. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who works away from home or only 1-2 days a week.
