There are 6 en-suite rooms in this newly renovated house in Bristol. One of the bedrooms with en-suite is located across the hallway. The house is still undergoing renovations but you are welcome to have a look. A guarantor will be required if you are unable to pay rent. Rent is to be paid in blocks of 3 or 4 months at a time instead of monthly. Room 6 is priced at £500 per calendar month, while the rest are £600. The deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and is stored in the government deposit scheme. The contract term is 1 year, from 1st September to 30th August. Viewings are encouraged.
